Re-Coup services are events, travel, and coaching, not therapy or psychiatric services. If you believe you are suffering from a mental health condition, please consult the appropriate professional. By using Re-Coup’s services, you understand and agree that results are not guaranteed(as much depends on your implementation of our coaching), but we will endeavor to help you succeed. Confidentiality – The conversations that you have with the Re-Coup will remain confidential as well as your personal information. We respect your privacy.

Our travel services and events require full payment upon booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Due to the nature of booking in advance, we are unable to provide refunds however we can re-schedule for a future trip with an additional upgrade fee based upon the package you have selected.

You agree not to use any of Re-Coup’s services to engage in ANY illegal activities and agree to hold Re-Coup’s Owners, affiliates, employees, subcontractors, and account managers harmless. You agree to indemnify Re-Coup’s Owners, affiliates, employees, subcontractors, and account managers. LEGAL & ILLEGAL PROSTITUTION – While many of the countries where Re-Coup hosts events have legal prostitution Re-Coup does not in any way facilitate prostitution whether legal or illegal. We DO however recognize the freedom of consenting adults to make their own decisions regarding their sexual partners. We want you to have fun, but we want you to do it safely and legally.

ZERO TOLERANCE SEX TRAFFICKING – Re-Coup does not permit any visitors under the age of 18 in the housing locations. Re-Coup has a zero-tolerance policy against sex trafficking, sex with underage women, or domestic violence of any kind. You will be removed from the house and not refunded.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY – While we take important and serious measures to keep everyone on our trips perfectly safe we understand that life happens. You agree that you are traveling with Re-Coup with the understanding that we are not responsible for accidents, illness, or other misfortunes that can happen on any trip abroad and you agree not to sue Re-Coup, its owners, affiliates, staff, subcontractors, etc.

Destruction Of Property – If you break something in the house you will be required to pay for it. Please be careful, follow all directions, and ask for help from staff if you need it.

Arbitration – You agree that any disputes that can not be resolved will be handled via arbitration with a retired judge or equivalent and will be subject to the laws of the State Of California.
